A real party page, not an image
An Occavia invitation is a live web page with animation, your photo and every detail in one place. Guests open it in the browser they already have — no app, no account — on any phone or laptop.
Make the party page as fun as the party. Occavia builds an animated birthday invitation — for any age — that you personalise fast and share as a single link on WhatsApp or Telegram. Guests RSVP in a tap, you see exactly who's coming, and a QR poster lets everyone add photos on the night. One flat price, no subscription.
In their words
Real moments. Beautiful experiences.
It took one evening to put together, and my mother, who installs nothing, opened it on the first try.
One price, paid once. No subscription and no charge per guest, which is rarer than it should be.
Choose one of the animated birthday designs above. Each is a full party page, not a card image: it opens with motion, holds every detail and carries the RSVP.
The name and age, the date, the venue and a photo, then the sections you want — schedule, dress code, a gifts note, parking, an FAQ — in up to three languages. Nothing to install, nothing to pay until you publish.
Publish, then send the link on WhatsApp, Telegram or email. Print the QR poster for the party so guests can open it from the door or a table.
Guests answer on the invitation. Your dashboard shows who is coming and how many, with every message and answer beside their name.

Each guest taps yes or no, adds how many people are coming and their names, and can leave a message. Add your own questions — free text or multiple choice — switch on a dietary question for a dinner, and set a reply-by date after which the form closes. If plans change, a guest opens the same link and edits their reply.
Switch on the sections you need: the schedule, a countdown, dress code, menu, activities, how to get there, where to stay, a gifts note, an FAQ and your own blocks. The venue can carry a map link. A children's party and a sixtieth use the same tools; you choose what fits.
A first birthday, a seventh, a thirtieth, a surprise party: the builder asks for one name and the age, and the animated designs work for children and adults alike. The wording is yours to write; the guides below have ready phrases.
The same link and the printable QR poster let guests upload photos and videos from the party straight from their phone — no app — into an album you control. Keep it private, share it when you choose, or hide it until a reveal date. A guestbook collects written, photo, voice and video wishes that only you read. Guest media is kept for six months after the party, and you are reminded, with a download link, before it is removed.
You pay once for the invitation — the price above, in your currency. No subscription, no per-guest fee, however many people you invite. Edit any detail after sending and the same link updates in place; three design edits by our team are included.
One flat price, shown above in your currency. It covers the animated page, RSVP, the guest photo wall, the guestbook, up to three languages and the printable QR poster, for as many guests as you invite. No subscription and no per-guest fee.
No. The invitation, the RSVP and the photo upload all work in a normal phone or desktop browser. Guests need nothing but the link.
Yes. Enter the child's name and age, and parents reply for the family — how many are coming and their names. Set a reply-by date so you can confirm numbers with the venue in time.
Yes. Attending or not, the number of people and their names, a message, and any question you add — dietary needs too, if you switch that on. Replies appear live in your dashboard, and a guest can edit theirs until your deadline.
Yes. Edit in your dashboard and the published link updates in place. Guests keep the link they already have, and three design edits by our team are included.
Publish, copy the link, and send it any way you already message your guests: WhatsApp, Telegram, email, SMS. Print the QR poster for the venue so guests can also open it from a table card.
Your invitation goes live at its link the moment payment clears, and you can start sharing straight away. If something is not right, tell us within 14 days: we fix it first, and refund according to our refund policy if it cannot be fixed.
