A real invitation page, not an image
An Occavia invitation is a live web page with animation, your photos and every detail in one place. Guests open it in the browser they already have — no app, no account, nothing to install — on any phone or laptop.

RSVP built in
Each guest taps yes or no on the invitation, adds how many people are coming and their names, and — for weddings — any dietary needs. You can add your own questions, free-text or multiple choice, and set a reply-by date after which the form closes. If plans change, a guest opens the same link and edits their reply, so your count never doubles up.

Every detail your guests will ask about
Switch on the sections you need: your story, the schedule for the day, a countdown, dress code, menu, activities, transport, where to stay, a gifts note, an FAQ and your own custom blocks. The venue can carry a map link. Nothing is fixed — choose what fits the wedding you are planning.

Guests who do not share a language
Publish the invitation in up to three languages, chosen from 72. Guests switch with one tap. The RSVP form and buttons are translated in 13 of those languages; in any other, your wording shows and the form stays in English.

Their photos, in one place
The same link and the printable QR poster let guests upload photos and videos from the day straight from their phone — no app — into an album you control. Keep it private, share it when you choose, or hide it until a reveal date. A guestbook collects written, photo, voice and video wishes that only the two of you read. Guest media is kept for six months after the wedding, and you are reminded, with a download link, before it is removed.

Change it after you have sent it
A typo, a new start time, a change of venue: edit in your dashboard and the same link updates in place. Guests never need a second message.
One price for the whole wedding
You pay once for the invitation — the price above, in your currency. No subscription, no per-guest fee, however many people you invite. RSVP, the photo wall, the guestbook, the languages and the QR poster are all included.
